This week, custom book publisher, SharedBook Inc., launched a new
Google Book Settlement Discussion forum to give policymakers, businesspeople, scholars, journalists, and others, an opportunity to come together to review and discuss the settlement. The site includes all of the relevant documents pertaining to the case and comments by users will be linked to the documents through online footnoting. Users can also purchase a printed copy of the settlement with the discussion comments. As mentioned, the site just launched so it may take a little time for the discussion to get going but within a few weeks it will likely be a great resource.
