How the E-Book Will Change the Way we Read and Write. In the article, author Steven Johnson discusses the “aha” moment when he realized that the book's transition to digital will change the way we read, write, and sell books in profound ways, and what the future of books and reading will look like as a result of these changes. Johnson also provides a prediction for the future, noting that as a result of developments such as the Kindle and Google Book Search,
“2009 may well prove to be the most significant year in the evolution of the book since Gutenberg hammered out his original bible.” The article is very well written and worth a read.
